In late March, Suburban Cook County and the City of Chicago moved to Phase 1C for COVID-19 vaccinations. Suburban Cook County residents can find who is eligible in Phase 1C here and Chicago residents can see who is eligible in Phase 1C here.
Eligible suburban Cook County residents can sign up with the Cook County Department of Public Health at vaccine.cookcountyil.gov or call 1-833-308-1988 (Call Center Hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.). Chicago residents can find ways to register for the vaccine here.
Individuals can also find vaccine locations from the State of Illinois’ coronavirus response website here or call the Vaccine Appointment Call Center at 833-621-1284.
