It was an honor being able to attend the Illinois Police Memorial in Springfield today, where we mourned the loss of police officers who have fallen in the line of duty and honored their sacrifice and service. I was glad to meet with John Catanzara, President of the Fraternal Order of Police: Chicago Lodge No. 7, as well as members of the Rosemont Public Safety Department Honor Guard. Thank you all for putting together such a remarkable event to honor our fallen heroes.
