State Representative Brad Stephens passed a bill in the House Revenue and Finance Committee this week to help park districts.
The measure would give park districts the power to let properties leave the district without forcing them to pay off old fees, if the district decides to allow it. House Bill 5542, unanimously passed in committee and will now move onward for further consideration.
